street noise cramped room
I was disappointed with several things. first, the noise from the street was EXCESSIVE at night. it made sleep difficult. also, the room felt quite cramped. There was little space for my belongings. this lack of space impacted my overall comfort. i really wanted a better experience.

I appreciated the convenient location near Chinatown. THERE was readily available free coffee. The staff was helpful and friendly at all times. The rooftop offered a nice view of the city.

friendly staff helpful staff delicious street food inadequate hanging space small room
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is really good. It is near the train station. There is a lot of delicious street food nearby. I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the Twin Room without Window.
The room was small, just a bed and a nightstand. I found the hanging space inadequate. The room overlooking the street was noisy. I hardly slept.
